Position: Senior Accountant-GL
Hourl y Rate: $35-$43/hr
Job Duties:
Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the general ledger for assigned properties.
Post journal entries, including property-related transactions such as rent, utility bills, repairs, and maintenance costs.
Reconcile general ledger accounts related to property management, including accounts for revenue, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
Complete month-end and year-end closing procedures for assigned properties, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Prepare and post adjusting journal entries, including accruals, deferrals, and reclassifications related to property operations.
Perform bank and account reconciliations for property-related accounts, including rent receivables, property tax liabilities, and escrow account
Qualifications:
3+years of General Ledger Accounting
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
MUST HAVE NETSUITE EXPEREINCE
Property accounting experience is preferred
