Job Title: Lead Designer
Salary Range: $97,000.00 - $123,000.00 /annual; plus, bonus eligibility
Summary: This role's primary objective is to support the Art Director on industry-leading digital, print, social, and video projects for the Titleist Golf Club, Vokey Wedge, and Scotty Cameron Putter brands, working alongside a growing team of creatives and marketers at our new 10,000 square-foot branded content studio in Oceanside, CA. Responsible for contributing to the design process from start to finish, the Lead Designer will work with cross-departmental teams to develop design solutions. Ensure that designs meet internal / external client expectations, are visually appealing, and maintain brand continuity. The Lead Designer must possess a comprehensive understanding of design craft and methodology, valuing research and exploration, taking critique well, giving constructive and considerate critiques to others, and taking into consideration how a holistic approach to design impacts the larger team, organization, and company. The ideal candidate has developed proven processes and frameworks and will be entrusted to oversee the end-to-end execution of complex design projects from concept through delivery. The ability to quickly ingest, prioritize, and take ownership of inbound creative briefs and high-priority asset requests is a must.
