Job Summary
The Program Director of the CASPAR Men's Residential Services is a senior member of the Bay Cove Addiction Services Division. The position plans, oversees, and coordinates all activities, programming and administration of the CASPAR Men's Residential Services. The Program Director insures a safe and trusting environment to promote healthy recovery for clients with substance use mental health disorders.
This is an exempt position.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing, planning, administering and organizing all treatment activities and programs of the CASPAR Men's Residences
Recruit, hire, train, evaluate and terminate all employees of the CASPAR Men's Residence
Ensures compliance with federal, state and local licensing and contractual requirements (including DPH, HUD, SAMHSA)
Collect and collate data for billing and statistical reporting purposes including EIM/ESM, Food Stamps, program fees, DTA, DPH Utilization
Collaborate with Bay Cove administrative offices (HR, IT, Finance, Property, Third-Party etc.) to manage all administrative functions for the men's residences
Responsible for all licensing and contracting/grant applications and reporting
Oversee the management and retention of service records
Maintain liaison between the CASPAR Men's Residences and other addiction programs
Maintain contact with public and private agencies in the social service delivery system
Represent the CASPAR Men's Residences within the substance use treatment field through statewide boards and committees
Provide in-service training within the CASPAR Men's Residences
Perform public speaking and community education as needed
Serves as the HIV and Access Coordinator for the CASPAR Men's Residences

Education and/or Experience Required
BA/BS required, Master's degree preferred, and five years of experience in substance use disorder treatment
Licensure (i.e. LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LADC I / II etc.) CPR/First Aid training preferred
Two years of supervisory and administrative experience
Experience in financial and administrative management and program development preferred
Knowledge of state grants and licensing requirements preferred
Demonstrated ability in coordinating a multicomponent system
A minimum of five years continuous sobriety if recovering

Computer skills, minimum Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to maintain staff morale with staff at different levels of expertise and understanding
