Are you an experienced Superintendent with a passion for ground-up commercial projects and open to travel? Hays is seeking a dedicated Superintendent to lead our clients' exciting commercial project in Charlotte, NC, then onto similar projects nationwide.



Your new role


As the lead superintendent on-site, you'll collaborate closely with the Project Manager (PM) and manage subcontractors effectively. The projects will be ground up, and will be in the $5 - $15M range and can take anywhere from 6 to 24 months to complete.



What you'll need to succeed

• Ground up Commercial construction expertise (10 years+).


• Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.


• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Experience with Procore


• Good tenure in previous employment.


• Open to travel after the NC project.
