Summary of Responsibility:

MP Systems is seeking a detailed and adaptable Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic company in a fast-paced, growing industry! This individual would ensure efficient operation of the office by providing comprehensive support to office managers, filing paperwork, and helping to organize the internal workflow within the company.

What You Will Contribute:


  • Compile and organize paperwork and distribute to different departments.
  • Copy, sort, and file records related to work orders, production reports, schematics and quality documents.
  • Work order assembly, ensure all required documents are accurately sequenced.
  • Perform clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of simple forms.
  • Operate office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment.
  • Prepare letters, memos, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instructions.
  • Sort incoming mail and deliver to appropriate department or individual; process outgoing mail.
  • Respond to intercompany phone calls.
  • Communicate with managers and team leaders in different departments.
  • Maintain filing systems as assigned, including physical and electronic documents.

Qualifications & Competencies:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven track record to meet deadlines.
