The Digital Sales organization is an integral revenue growth engine for F5 and is poised to lead on transformational priorities such as F5’s Distributed Cloud platform.
The WW Digital Sales, Director of Operations and Strategy is a strategic role responsible for WW strategy, planning, and operational execution in support of the worldwide Digital Sales and BDR teams. This role is at the forefront of defining and establishing cutting-edge, opportunistic sales motions using AI and automation, digital marketing, and data analytics to drive impactful demand response and targeted sales coverage.
This position will manage a team of globally dispersed operations professionals and partner closely with Digital Sales leaders around the world, Sales Operations leadership, and the Marketing organization.
The successful candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, analytical acumen, and hands-on execution, with a deep understanding of global sales operations and market dynamics.

The annual U.S. base pay range for this position is: $175,602.00 - $263,404.00F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
