What to expect:

The purpose of your job position is to manage the billing functions of the facility in an accurate and timely manner while complying with federal, state and local requirements that govern the facility and as directed by the Administrator. The Business Office Manager will work cooperatively with all departments. They will maintain processes and systems in place to ensure timely and accurate collection of accounts receivable (see duties for more details). They will be committed to always doing the right thing.

Successful Candidates:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred; however, a combination of education, experience and training in skilled nursing accounting will be considered


• Minimum 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting principles for skilled nursing - experience with Medicaid Pending in skilled nursing


• Knowledgeable of governmental accounting (budgeting, costing, taxation, etc.)
