Description: Our client is currently seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join their team based out of Phoenix and Mesa, AZ! Hours: M-F 8am-5pm, open to a 36 hour 4 day work week but base salary would be adjusted




No nights, weekends, hospital rounding, light on call (4x a year)




*Generous base salary + annual bonus and stock options*





This job will have the following responsibilities:


The physicians are at the front line of delivering our mission, by providing high quality patient care when it's needed most. We take a more holistic approach to healthcare and well-being, which includes innovative preventive care services, health improvement programs, as well as cutting-edge healthcare treatments.



Qualifications & Requirements:

• MD or DO Degree
  
  
• Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (new grads welcome)
  
  
• Active and unrestricted AZ medical license (or ability to obtain)
  
  
• Outpatient practice experience, preferred
  
  
• Proficient computer skills - MS Office Products (Word/Excel) and Electronic Health Records systems
  
  
• Demonstrates flexibility


• Displays excellent/compassionate communication skills with staff and patients


• Epic experience, a plus - not required
