ACI MTS Payment Product Consultant
Do you have a passion for payments and a deep understanding of ACI MTS?
We're seeking a highly skilled ACI MTS Payment Product Consultant to join our dynamic team! This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in product configuration, implementation, and client-facing activities.
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
ACI MTS Expert: You'll possess in-depth knowledge of ACI MTS product configuration and database details.
Implementation Rockstar: You'll have hands-on experience managing or participating in at least two successful MTS implementations/programs.
Payments Guru: You'll have a comprehensive understanding of ACI MTS functionalities and payment flows, including confirmations.
Requirements Rockstar: You'll be able to draft clear and concise MTS-related requirements documentation.
Gap Analysis Leader: You'll lead gap analysis efforts based on product functionalities, devising customized solutions for various clearings.
Tech Whisperer: You'll provide technical support to teams during the triage process for MTS-related customer issues.
Payments Domain Master: You'll possess strong functional expertise across a broad payments domain, including CHIPS, Fedwire, RTP, SEPA, FedNow, and ISO messaging standards.
Communication & Collaboration Pro: You'll exhibit strong analytical, communication, planning, and coordination skills.
Sales Savvy (Bonus): You'll have an interest in pre-sales activities and client-facing work to generate new MTS-related business.
Mandatory Skills:
Hands-on experience with ACI MTS payment product or implementation.
End-to-end understanding of the payments landscape.
Functional expertise in payment domains like CHIPS, FedWire, RTGS, SEPA, and ISO messaging standards.
Good to Have Skills:
Experience preparing and reviewing test cases and scenarios.
Ability to provide production support as needed.
Technology selling and payments consulting experience
