Business Development Associate, Acquisitions
Business Development Associate, M&A will provide support to ConnectPays M&A strategy with astute market analysis of payroll services businesses. The position will work with Senior Management, Sales, Operations, and Finance to support and execute strategies and actions that enhance acquisition opportunities and ensure long-term sustainable revenue growth for the company. The successful individual will have a key role in all aspects of M&A including deal sourcing, due-diligence, negotiations, legal documentation, transaction closing and successful onboarding.
