Key Responsibilities:

• Provide wound care and other treatments as ordered by physicians.


• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.


• Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as necessary.


• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.

Requirements:

• Current LVN or RN license in California.


• Experience in wound care or treatment nursing preferred.


• Strong communication and organizational skills.
