Job Description:

As the Human Resources Market Senior Manager, you'll drive profitability in your district by managing employee career journeys, talent building, succession planning and compensation and benefits. You'll act as a strategic business partner by providing leadership on company-wide initiatives, complex employee relations matters, recruitment, employee coaching, corrective action and company policy.<br><br>This person must live in Denver, CO, Las Vegas, NV or Utah. There will be travel at least one week out of the month.<br><br><strong>What you'll do</strong><ul><li>Manage employee relations matters through coaching and investigation in compliance with company policy and federal and state regulations</li><li>Assist with recruitment, interviewing and staffing for management positions</li><li>Partner with retail leadership on change management, diversity, talent development and conduct</li><li>Oversee performance appraisals, compensation and benefits programs</li><li>Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment labor laws as well as Environmental Protection Agency compliance and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission guidelines</li></ul><strong>Basic qualifications</strong><ul><li>5 years of supervisory or management experience in business, military or related fields</li><li>3 years of experience in human resource strategy, including retention, turnover, employee engagement, employee development and employee product knowledge training</li><li>Previous experience overseeing performance management, benefits and compensation</li><li>Must be able to travel 50% of the time</li></ul><strong>Preferred qualifications</strong><ul><li>3 years of multi-unit human resource management experience</li><li>2 years employee relations experience</li><li>Human resources certification</li></ul><br><strong>What's in it for you</strong><br><br>We're committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
