Your Role:



Join the LS ERP Program as a Business Process Expert (BPE) and play a pivotal role in transforming our Commercial business strategy. Reporting to the Commercial Business Process Owner, you will support the preparation & deployment of Key Design Decisions that will impact the business for years to come. You will collaborate with IT Solution Experts and Data Experts to drive continuous improvement and align our business strategy. Your knowledge in Commercial processes, especially within the Life Sciences industry, will be crucial. You will identify areas for improvement, help develop detailed process documentation, and balance multiple responsibilities to deliver high-quality results. Key Responsibilities



  • Assists in preparation of Commercial Key Design Decisions & deployment activities, ensuring adherence to harmonization targets

  • Supports business process change on an operational level as a change agent while identifying opportunities for process simplification & process/system standardization

  • Supports identification of areas for process improvement & works with relevant stakeholders (e.g., ITSEs, Data Experts) to implement change

  • Helps develop detailed process documentation & maintains up-to-date records of all design and deployment activities




Who You Are




Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant field; advanced degree preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working Commercial processes or a related field

  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably within the Life Sciences industry

  • Demonstrated ability to manage business processes & implementations

  • Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management




Preferred Qualifications:



  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze highly complex business processes

  • Ability to simplify complex information into clear, actionable insights

  • Effective communication skills to work closely with various stakeholders and ensure alignment

  • Understanding of Commercial and the broader ERP landscape

  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues

  • Ability to manage multiple projects & tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
