Insurance Product Manager, Digital Consumer

Job Description

You will lead the management of brand-new insurance programs designed to help a new generation of consumers and partners maximize their financial wellbeing. We're innovating new types of insurance designed to meet consumers where they need us most and through relationships with new partners. In this role you will rethink insurance enabling our customers to understand their coverage in plain language so they can make smart decisions that lead to peace of mind.

In your role, you will use your experience and learnings to help grow the product portfolio in an entirely new profit center for Chubb. You will develop product strategies aligned with target verticals and lead research to develop a deep understanding of consumer and partner needs as well as competitor products. You will partner with compliance, filing, legal, pricing, sales, marketing, technology, operations and claim partners to ensure alignment and the successful growth of the products you craft.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with legal and compliance on state rollout requirements (form and regulatory responses and related compliance activities)
• Develop underwriting guidelines and territory strategies
• Support Operations, Claim and Technical product implementations providing product subject matter expertise, training and requirements setting activities
• Consumer and competitor research and trend monitoring
• Develop performance monitoring, analysis plans, and action plans to optimize results
• Achieve target growth and returns on overall program and action plans
