Summary:
The Client Support Representative (CSR) serves as the first point of contact for customers. The CSR is the first point of contact for all phone calls coming into the bank. The calls will include customer issues, balance inquiries, and questions on products and services. The Customer Support Representative must assist customers with their needs while being friendly, courteous, efficient and cooperative.
