Flexible with work schedule (Tuscaloosa Plant has 3 shifts; HR Specialists will rotate as needed, primarily starting around 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM once a week)
Automotive/Manufacturing experience
Excellent communication and people skills
Ability to address employee relations concerns
Labor law experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Union avoidance experience
Strong multi-tasking skills
Responsibilities:
Report directly to the Plant HR Manager
Act as a positive change agent
