What Youll Need to Bring to the Table:
One year resident services or customer service.Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills.Detail oriented, self-motivated and ability to work independentlyStrong work ethic and positive team-player attitude.Strong time management skills.Solid communication skills.Experience using Rent Caf, Yardi and CRM are preferred.

Your Calling Will Be:
Assist people coming into office.Assist with renewals.Update Market Survey.Event Coordination.Enter work orders.Answer phones.Handle other duties and special projects as assigned.
