Job Description
The Operations Specialist is responsible handling and responding to all received legal orders, as well as supporting functions for the Legal Process Department.
RESPONSBILITIES:
Prepare and respond to all legal documents (i.e. subpoenas, levies, garnishments, and child support orders) served on the bank/our customer's.
Serve as liaison to county, state, and federal agencies in order to properly respond to all received legal orders and ensure compliance.
Coordinate and process all Legal Order Adjustments (i.e. releasing orders, orders for payment, and amendments).
Serve as point of contact for both internal and external counsel, to ensure compliance with all legal orders.
Qualifications
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a related Operations or professional banking position required
Prior legal order processing experience highly desired
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required
Strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills essential required
Strong verbal and written communication skills required
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
