Hearthstone Communities is in growth mode and currently seeking a Transportation CNA to join our team! The Transportation CNA is responsible for coordinating and assisting residents to and from medical appointments! Apply now!
Responsibilities:

Transports residents to various functions, events and appointments in a safe and timely manner.
Clean and maintain all vehicles
Assists passengers in and out of vehicles.
Loads or unloads baggage.
Ensures safety of resident at all times.
Schedule medical appointments in timely manner.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organizational and verbal communication skills with residents, families and staff.

Qualifications:

CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)
High School Diploma or GED/TASC equivalent preferred.
Ability to occasionally lift over 50 pounds. Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop, squat, twist, and engage in repetitive motion for extended periods of time.
Ability to interact appropriately and professionally with staff, residents, visitors, vendors, volunteers and the public in person and via the telephone.
