Beacon Hill's client in Mendota Heights, MN is looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator, they will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations between our customers, contractors, and production staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling measures and installations, maintaining accurate square footage data for budgeting, preparing daily packets, and addressing immediate customer needs.
This is a contract-to-hire role based in Mendota Heights, MN that requires fulltime onsite.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling:
Schedule measures within 72 hours of the customer-ready date, ensuring efficient routing and meeting business volume needs.
Schedule installations within 48 hours of confirmation, maintaining route integrity and fulfilling business volume requirements.
Coordination & Communication
Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and production staff to coordinate schedules and expedite orders as needed.
Provide shop follow-up and support to ensure timely processing of orders.
Data Management
Monitor and report measure and install square footage, tracking KPI attainment and reporting to management.
Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system, including all customer changes and notes.
Documentation & Support:
Prepare daily packets for measures, production, and installations in accordance with shop deadlines.
Assist customers with in-shop slab viewing and layout arrangements.
Qualifications
Experience:
Required: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment.
Desired: Experience in scheduling and routing appointments, and managing multiple schedules.
Education:
Required: High School Diploma or GED.
Knowledge: Customer service etiquette, familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
