Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly balance sheets, income and profit and loss statements.
- Reconcile and maintain general ledger, bank accounts, and all other financial accounting.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Prepare accurate and timely proformas, financial statements, cash flow statements and produce budget according to schedule.
- Advise on systems of recording costs or other financial and budgetary data.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Strong prioritization skills while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
