WHAT YOU'LL DO


ClickSafety is hiring a Supervisor Sales Operations.  In this role, you will assist the Sales Team with CRM management D365), Salesloft campaign execution, sales process management, sales team performance reporting, contract management, other ad-hoc projects, and lead the emerging Business Development efforts. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to meet time sensitive deadlines. Qualified candidates will be team oriented, self-starters who operate with an entrepreneurial mindset. This role will be responsible for implementing best practices across the sales organization. By aligning directly alongside all departments involved in the sales cycle, this role will create and leverage effective lines of communication for clearer, solution-driven sales strategies that will drive higher revenue.

This position will work hybrid out of the Leawood, KS office.


HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME



  • Develop and implement sales strategies, policies, and procedures to increase sales productivity and revenue growth.

  • Manages a team of sales development reps

  • Collaborate with sales team members and other departments to identify and address opportunities to improve sales processes, systems, and tools, including D365, Saleloft, Smartsheet, Excel, and Microsoft Office

  • Analyze and report on sales performance metrics, such as pipeline, conversion rates, and win/loss ratios, using tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and Smartsheet, to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

  • Manage and maintain the CRM system, D365, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data, reporting, and analytics.

  • Create and manage sales forecasting models, budgets, and targets using Salesforce, Excel, and Smartsheet

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis using tools such as Salesforce and Excel to inform sales strategies and positioning.

  • Provide training and coaching to sales representatives on sales techniques, product knowledge, and sales process optimization using Salesloft and other tools as appropriate.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors, using tools such as Salesforce and Salesloft

  • Use Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to create presentations, proposals, and other sales-related documents

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation


WHAT YOU'LL NEED



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related field

  • Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets using tools such as D365, Salesloft, Smartsheet, Excel, and Microsoft Office

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data to stakeholders at all levels using tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and Smartsheet

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously using tools such as Smartsheet

  • Experience with CRM systems, data analysis, and reporting tools, particularly D365

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners

  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices, including pipeline management, sales forecasting, and sales process optimization using tools such as D365, Salesloft, Smartsheet, Excel, and Microsoft Office
