NMC Cat is looking for a Dealership Training Coordinator to administer the record keeping, reporting, training and auditing for NMC CAT training. The Dealership Training Coordinator will assist in the design, planning, implementation, and delivery of programs to implement standard processes, workflows and enhance the skills, knowledge and abilities of employees to support high-performing teams and to enhance company culture.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES*:
• Provides administration and maintenance on variety of spreadsheets, reports, policies/procedures, and training attendance.
• Maintains employees within the CAT business as well as training content. This will include but not limited to adding and removing employees, updating forms, uploading video content, keeping a current list of class participants. Track and follow up on employee usage and assigned tasks. Minor video editing skills when video is submitted for upload.
• Assists with coordination, presentation, documentation, and ordering lunch for employee training programs.
• Partner with Operational Excellence Manager and Technical Talent Development Specialists to conduct needed training and needs assessment to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Work with outside vendors or OEMs to setup training or training materials.
• Assist in reporting and maintaining the CAT training metrics.
• Assist in short and engaging learning aids and work with the marketing team to help market internally training events.
• Provide administration for rework/if applicable injury reports and aid in determining next steps for mitigating the situations with awareness and training.
