Your Role:



A Packaging Operator 2 will have a general understanding of a production environment and will have exposure to multiple systems within the company. Packaging Operator 2 must understand how to read SOPs, MMPs, and BOMs. This position will perform with minor guidance of a supervisor.


Specific Responsibilities Include:




  • Point of contact for department when supervisor is unavailable

  • Effectively update department metrics

  • Print orders and prioritize the daily workload

  • Knowledge of Reporting Process Deviations and Articulating Corrective Actions.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned




Who You Are:




Minimum Qualifications:



  • High school graduate or GED




Preferred Qualifications:





  • Ability to follow instruction and understand operating procedures

  • Experienced in doing basic math and counting to large numbers without error

  • Willingness to learn multiple production operations and adjust quickly to new tasks

  • Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally to report production information

  • Proficient in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

  • Prior experience working with ERP database
