Our diverse expertise, client base, and geographies have enabled LJB to serve clients in all 50 U.S. states and several countries.
We are currently seeking a candidate to fill a full-time Entry Level Civil Engineering position. The successful candidate will possess a can-do attitude, have a passion for and take pride in their work, be a creative thinker, and have a willingness to collaborate while having the ability to work independently
Pay: $65,000 - $85,000/year
ENTRY LEVEL CIVIL ENGINEER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Design all aspects of municipal and private engineering projects including sanitary sewers, storm sewers, stormwater design, site plans and minor roadway projects.
Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to develop concept plans, grading plans and site designs in conformance with client requirements and company standards.
Work closely with project managers to complete a variety of site civil design tasks.
Coordinate with survey crews.
Maintain a strong working knowledge of the client's standards.
Able to adapt to quickly changing priorities and conditions.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
ENTRY LEVEL CIVIL ENGINEER ESSENTIAL CREDENTIALS:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required
EIT required/PE preferred
Qualifications:
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D required
