Position Overview:
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for various government positions. This role requires a deep understanding of government hiring processes and proficiency with the NeoGov applicant tracking system. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for government roles.


Key Responsibilities:


Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for government positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Utilize the NeoGov applicant tracking system to post job openings, review applications, and manage candidate communications.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments and background checks to ensure compliance with government hiring standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports in the NeoGov system.
Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking activities to promote employment opportunities within the organization.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in government recruitment.
Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in government recruitment.
Proficiency with the NeoGov applicant tracking system is required.
Strong understanding of government hiring processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
