Discover Impactful Work: The Senior Manager, Knowledge Strategy & Management will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining extensive knowledge management strategies for Corporate Infrastructure & Security (CIS). This role will report directly to the Director, Colleague Experience, and will manage a team passionate about handling both technical and end-user facing CIS knowledge. The ideal candidate is a multifaceted problem solver with a strong understanding of knowledge and information management, knowledge strategy development, and a proven understanding of ServiceNow and the ITIL framework. They will define and implement global knowledge management roadmaps, establish knowledge quality practices, lead governance processes and strategically partner with global teams to improve the colleague experience.



A Day in the Life:



  • Define and implement knowledge management roadmaps to support interpersonal and business strategies on a global scale.

  • Establish knowledge quality practices to ensure consistency in knowledge for a variety of audiences, including internal colleagues, leadership, customers, regulatory bodies, etc.

  • Lead the knowledge governance process to define, implement, evolve and carry out standards and processes for taxonomy, information architecture and knowledge management across various platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, SharePoint).

  • Partner with Colleague Experience, ITSM, cybersecurity teams and business partners worldwide to ensure knowledge is consumable, easy to understand and easy to access, improving the global colleague experience when engaging with CIS services.

  • Emphasize the importance of user experience in how knowledge is crafted, organized, maintained and accessed across different regions and cultures.

  • Define, supervise and publish key performance metrics to measure efficiency and showcase successes and opportunities for improvement in knowledge management initiatives globally.

  • Continuously seek feedback and champion cross-functional and cross-cultural relationships to strengthen the global information management strategy.

Education:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Library/Information Science, User Experience, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent work experience is accepted.


Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:



  • Experience in developing and transferring knowledge and learning in a creative and innovative way.

  • Understanding of the ITIL framework and how to demonstrate within an ITSM strategy.

  • Comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow.

  • Highly motivated and collaborative with a high level of initiative and positive outlook.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver sophisticated communications/projects iteratively with multiple dependencies and constraints.

  • Strategic problem solver with the ability to communicate the vision and structure of the program in alignment with regional cultural principles.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to articulate conceptual design solutions.

  • Self-starter; organized; diligent; motivated to set personal and program goals and proactively supervise performance against goals and initiatives.

  • Strong project and leadership skills to balance multiple priorities - projects, initiatives, and customers.

  • Agile and adaptable to constantly evolving parameters.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
