Project Overview: This team is responsible for speaking with other lines of business about potential hardware requests that they would like to bring into the environments and determining what software is needed to support their request and working with the teams(s) before launching it into the actual environment.

Responsibilities: Device and Print - Supporting entire print environment - testing new hardware, keeping it up and running, firmware updates, management tools on print environment, device testing - hardware coming in and out - need to work with partner vendors to make sure products are accurate. They will be responsible for short deadlines --- engaging with other lines of business.

Required/Nice to Have Skills:

• 
  Required: HP Hardware - print environment (HP - Printers)


• ServiceNow - Crucial - highly preferred


• Some Richo devices as well


• Basic understanding of printer support


• Dell and Lenovo hardware


• Need to have familiarity with the hardware is helpful
