The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Manager Business Supply Chain, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Translating business objectives into Enterprise Supply Chain requirements and develop end-to-end operational plans for execution in partnership with the functions of Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver.


• Identifying, prioritizing, and leading Chemical Operations specific improvement projects across the Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver.


• Determining what is needed to drive EHS&R, service, quality, cost, cash, and reliability across Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver.


• Partnering across Chemical Operations, Divisions, and Enterprise Supply Chain resources to actively manage product lifecycle and portfolio excellence.


• Partnering across Chemical Operations, Divisions, and Enterprise Supply Chain technical leaders through New Product Introductions; development, scale-up and launch.

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution


• Seven (7) years of experience in a manufacturing or supply chain role in a private, public, government or military environment 


• Five (5) years of experience in a supervisory role

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, physical sciences, supply chain or related field from an accredited institution


• Five (5) years of large-scale batch production, operations, or supply chain experience in a private, public, government or military environment


• Strong Communication and Change Management skills.


• Strong financial acumen

Work location:

• Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require some travel.)

Travel: May include up to 25% domestic/international

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $207,348 - $253,425, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
