Summary of Position:                       


We are searching for a highly qualified Chief of Staff to work closely with our CEO and senior leadership team. This person will have an immediate impact on our productivity by streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, communicating objectives to departments, and acting as an advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will have proven success in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.


Major Responsibilities:



  • This position will be responsible for making the CEO and senior leadership team’s use of time, information, and decision processes effective.

  • Guides interactions, projects and goals between CEO and senior team to keep them on track and moving forward.

  • Acts as an integrator connecting work streams between members of the senior leadership team.

  • Ensures necessary communication happens in a timely fashion between CEO, senior leadership team and the organization as whole.

  • Provides input and advice on issues, projects and goals across the senior leadership team.

  • Researches and recommends new and revised policies and strategies when needed.

  • Creates and maintains systems and processes to streamline operations.

  • Wil be a member of the senior leadership team.

  • Other duties as assigned.  


Education, Background, Experience & Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar field preferred.

  • 7+ years’ experience in a business management role.

  • Experience in data analysis and budget management.

  • Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management.

  • Proven success in a project coordination role.

  • Strong communications skills to all levels of employees and across organizations.

  • Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions.

  • Strong project-reporting skills.


 


Salary: $160,000 - $185,000 per year, based on a 40 hour work week.
