Job Description




Position Overview



As a Specialist, Real Estate and Facilities you will be responsible for gathering data and analysis to support the Corporate Real Estate department with key decision-making initiatives, as well partnering with a broad range of key personnel including but not limited to real estate facilities managers, project managers as well as any other accounting/finance team members.



Responsibilities



  • Analyzing real estate market trends, to assist in corporate real estate property investments.


  • They may also help with due diligence for acquisitions and assist with preparing annual budgets.


  • Support department staff members with a cross-functional approach between real estate and facilities projects.


  • Collects, analyzes, and reports data to improve operations and optimize the company's corporate office portfolio.


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate technologies and provide decision support.


  • Ability to work with a real estate and facilities database and create reports.


  • Assist the facilities team on utilization & headcount reports, special projects, reconfiguration of floor plans, space utilization/optimization, hoteling strategies, sourcing opportunities, real estate financial analysis.


  • Help develop departmental vendor management initiatives such as: KPI's, SLA's, and annual business review sessions.


  • Assist the Director of Global Real Estate, with all department led projects and initiatives.





Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in business or marketing


  • Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.





Preferred Qualifications



  • Prior Invenergy experience is preferred


  • Excellent written and oral communication skills


  • Ability to have an instinct for accuracy and precision.


  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat applications.


  • Comfortable with multi-tasking and working productively in a fast-paced environment.


  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.


  • Ability to work with low supervision and as a team player.


  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data in Microsoft Excel or Power BI


  • Ability to work in real estate and facilities software system.
