Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Technical Product Owner to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to the development of an enterprise software solution for crew meal selections, requiring a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership skills.

Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Technical Product Owner role
- Familiarity with software development processes
- Proficient knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, as well as other Agile frameworks
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Outstanding organizational skills and a servant leadership mindset
- Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Scrum Master certification is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Manage project scope and timeline, coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks and facilitate effective internal communication and collaboration
- Serve as the point of contact for external communications, working closely with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles, helping teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint, guiding development teams to higher Scrum maturity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization
- Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria
- Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders
- Lead the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology
- Define and execute go-to-market plan, ensuring that product management, marketing, and sales have what they need to be successful
