Conduct requirement gathering workshops with end users, super users, management, and executives to understand business processes and manufacturing planning needs.
Document local business requirements and evaluate if they are adequately addressed by the current SAP solution.
Understand the current SAP S/4HANA configuration and its alignment with business processes.
Identify areas for improvement, including configuration changes, process enhancements, and master data adjustments.
Provide recommendations to enhance system efficiency and alignment with business goals.
Collaborate closely with onsite teams, providing guidance on how to maximize the effectiveness of the deployed SAP S/4HANA solution.
Facilitate clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including end users, super users, management, and executives.
Develop and deliver end-user training sessions to ensure efficient use of SAP S/4HANA in manufacturing planning.
Create and maintain comprehensive training documentation to support ongoing user education and onboarding.
Provide ongoing support to the onsite team, helping them navigate system challenges and optimize processes.
Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA developments and suggest innovative solutions to improve manufacturing planning efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience with companies using Microsoft Access for manufacturing planning and integrating those plans into SAP S/4HANA.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with end users, super users, management, and executives.
Experience conducting requirement gathering workshops and translating business needs into technical solutions.
Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing Planning modules.
Experience in end-user training and creating detailed training documentation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess system configurations and make informed recommendations.
Ability to work collaboratively with onsite teams and provide practical guidance for system utilization.
