Position: Enrollment Assistance Specialist



Compensation: $18.50/Hour



Work Setup: Remote



Primary Responsibilities:



  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key partners across the organization.

  • Foster strong, trustworthy connections through effective communication and personalized engagement, both written and verbal.

  • Provide empathetic support to families, offering tailored solutions and timely follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.

  • Apply critical thinking and conflict resolution strategies to navigate difficult or emotional conversations with parents.

  • Adhere to established communication protocols and policies while consistently delivering high-quality service.

  • Engage with families through multiple channels, including chat, email, social media, and phone, aiming for first-contact resolution.

  • Diligently document interactions, tracking each call, chat, or email in the internal system for comprehensive records.

  • Ensure concerns are resolved from start to finish by collaborating with field and corporate teams as needed.

  • Use analytical skills to interpret customer needs and anticipate next steps, enhancing service delivery.

  • Share insights with leadership to enhance family experiences and provide feedback on service improvements.

  • Offer creative ideas and solutions for process enhancements to improve customer interactions and outcomes.

  • Collaborate with teammates, facilitating open communication to achieve the best resolutions for customer issues.

  • Consistently meet or exceed key performance metrics, including productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.

  • Maintain regular attendance, ensuring availability during high-demand periods to manage a busy workload.




Desired Skills and Experience:



  • Strong customer service aptitude with a passion for assisting others.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative independently.

  • Experience in a remote call center environment is a plus.

  • A distraction-free home office setup, with reliable internet and the ability to stay focused for the duration of the shift.

  • Critical thinking and sound judgment in problem-solving.

  • Ability to handle emotionally charged situations with professionalism.

  • Strong listening skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively while maintaining effective relationships with colleagues and the public.

  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

  • Flexible with schedules, including occasional overtime, when needed.

  • Basic experience in data entry and billing is an advantage.

  • 2-3 years of customer service experience via phone and email.

  • High School diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
