Location: Alfred, New York
This 10 month position reports to the Operations and Compliance Manager and serves as the first point of contact for students seeking assistance. You will be located in TA Parish Hall which houses an integrated center for health and wellness comprised of a caring and dedicated medical and counseling team. Health and Wellness Services (HWS) delivers support to students across all campuses. This role will be a key contributor to providing outstanding customer service to students, parents, providers, and colleagues seeking assistance. The strongest candidates will enjoy interacting with students, be a problem solver, be detail-oriented, and enjoy working within a cohesive and mutually supportive team.
