Description: Our client is currently seeking a Sr. Business Analyst (Technical). This is a w2 contract opportunity requiring of onsite/hybrid work structure in St. Louis, MO.
We are seeking a strong Technical Business Analyst to work with internal business teams in gathering requirements, solutioning based on requirements, configuration of the applications and guiding the testing verification of the solution prior to production deployment.

20% Management of meetings
30% documentation preparation
40% configuration of the application
10% testing management.
Top 3 Must-have hard skills: Strong communications, Good knowledge of JIRA. Highly detail oriented.

Configuration (basically the whole job)
Requirement gathering

Will work from layout, build, demo, train, test, and customize solutions
Flexibility required as this BA does much more than gather requirements and is a technical role
