JOB SUMMARY 

Responsible for coordinating the sale and distribution of spare, repair, and replacement parts.

Daily interaction, by computing and phone, with external customers and internal supply chain to transact parts sales and promote upgrades and upsells. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

•    Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers through the use of oral and written communication, fostering customer loyalty and repeat business.

•    Process sales quotations and customer orders for internal and 3rd party customers.

•    Ability to read, interpret, and execute spare part related contracts and agreements.

•    Good organizational skills

•    Ensure a timely response to inbound customer communications (emails, RFQ’s, complaints, etc.) and ensure that revenue targets are met/exceeded by professional handling of inquiries and discreet upselling.

•    Team player who shows genuine commitment to the success of the aftermarket team and the company

•    Prepare weekly bookings and monthly backlog reports for management.

•    Continual focused concentration necessary to successfully meet deadlines, timely communicate, and deal with regularly changing priorities and work challenges.

•    Other duties include but are not limited to analysis, problem identification, problem solving, research, investigation, evaluation, and organization.

•    Availability for regularly scheduled after hours support

•    Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Required - High School Diploma

Preferred - Post secondary education

- Strong mechanical aptitude and oilfield related experience a plus

- 2-3 years Oilfield Service Industry experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

 

Effective verbal and written communicator

Experience with Visual Manufacturing and Microsoft D365

Ability to quickly learn and enhance skills to execute part sales immediately

Highly proficient in MS Word and Excel
