As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling various components and products according to specific guidelines and blueprints. Key Responsibilities:
Assemble components accurately and efficiently according to blueprints, schematics, or instructions.Inspect and test completed products to ensure they meet quality standards.Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues, making necessary adjustments.Maintain a clean and organized workspace.Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.Document and report any defects or discrepancies to the supervisor.Perform routine maintenance on assembly tools and equipment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Basic math skills for measuring and calibrating components.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication skills.Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
