Responsible for specific day-to-day business activities for customer projects including but not limited to invoicing activities, client follow-up actions, revenue recognition, assisting Project Managers with daily activities and creating ad-hoc reports.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Works closely with Project Accounting Analyst to review project financials.
Creates Oracle EIS and Smartsheet reports used by Project Management team.
Revenue recognition and billing on products and services as needed.
Meets weekly with assigned Project Managers.
Works in Oracle (ERP system) creating purchase orders, receipting purchase orders, assists with Service Request creation, parts creation, and other Oracle activities.
Maintain contact with Project Managers daily as needed.
Maintain project Financial Reports including weekly Wip Backlog, Rev 04-19 and Rev 04-29 Sox reports.
Other Duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma required.
Two years of professional experience.
Prior project coordination experience required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent customer service skills
Detail-oriented
Proficient in MS Office, Excel
Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to use general office equipment.
Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software.
