We are looking for a full-time Revenue Cycle Analyst to support our team. This position will report to the Revenue Cycle Manager ("RCM"). The RCM provides oversight and support to the RCM team.

Responsibilities:

Reviewing AR Aging to identify and troubleshoot problem claims.
Contacting payers to resolve outstanding claims.
Making recommendations to improve how claims are worked.
Analyzing AR credit balances to determine actual refund amounts due to insurance payers and/or patients. Initiate refunds and adjustments as appropriate.
Assisting with provider and practice credentialing and contracting.
Assisting with payer claim audit requests.
Responding to various payer requests (i.e. medical records, provider directory updates, etc.)
Assisting with analyzing denial patterns and make recommendations to reduce denials.
Other tasks and projects as assigned.
