Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is looking for a highly skilled PM/BA in Leawood, KS to join one of our top clients and play a key role in their cloud migration journey to Microsoft Azure. You will leverage your expertise SDLC and Agile methodologies to manage multi-scale projects and drive results.

Responsibilities:

• PM/BA will translate business requirements into actionable project plans using Agile methodologies within the broader framework of the SDLC


• Define and maintain project scope, proactively identify, and manage scope creep, and obtain stakeholder approval for any necessary adjustments


• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with the cloud migration, ensuring project success


• Communicate project progress and status updates clearly and consistently to stakeholders


• Build and maintain positive relationships with all project stakeholders, managing expectations and addressing concerns proactively


• Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements for the cloud migration, ensuring alignment with the client's business goals


• As a PM/BA, you will develop user stories and detailed acceptance criteria


• Create and maintain clear, concise, and up-to-date project documentation, including requirements specifications, user stories, and test plans

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience and proficiency in both PM and BA responsibilities


• Experienced with SDLC and Agile methodologies


• Experience with Kanban boards, SharePoint, all MS Products (Excel, Word, PP, etc.)


• Demonstrated experience managing multi-scale projects, driving results, and working with others cross functionally


• Excellent documentation & communication skills


• Strong attention to detail

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
