Human Resource Specialist (O'Fallon, MO), Duties incl: Formulating the co's personnel rules & regs & procedures, forms, etc.10%; Organization of personnel recruitment & for seeking suitable talent for the co through multiple channels. 10%; Expand & improve various recruitment channels, complete the recruitment goals, & meet the needs of the employing dept. 15%; Performance mgmt for the co. 10%; Estab an employee file database, be respon for the mgmt of employee personnel files & dept files, the registration, classification, filing of various materials, timely filing & updating of relev info. 15%; Sign & Renew employee labor contracts, & handle all work reltd to labor contracts. 5%; Transfer procedures such as the entry, exit, dismissal, promotion, & transfer of employees.5%; Company welfare mgmt.10%; Respon for HR planning, organizational development, & personnel operation. 15%; & complete other tasks assigned by superiors 5%.
