Job Description:

Business Development Representative
Ultimate Staffing is working with an established business in the technology field seeking an Business Development Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a go getter mentality, have excellent communication skills, and love developing business! Great company with exceptional tenure in their staff.


Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
100% in office
Base Salary plus commissions with average first year earnings of $50,000 - $60,000


Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and engage prospective clients through strategic outreach, networking, and relationship building.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure a seamless client experience.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.


Qualifications:
Proven Sales or Account Management Experience: Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in business to business sales
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
Results-Oriented: Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
