Tetra Tech in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Marketing Specialist to work closely with senior marketing and business development staff, to assist with the day-to-day responsibilities of marketing in a technical services industry. It's essential that applicants have excellent communication skills, demonstrate creativity, understand the importance of attending to details.

Your Role:

• Assist with writing/editing proposals, newsletter content, technical staff resumes, and project descriptions
• Update marketing databases used to track project information, graphics, and proposals
• Create promotional materials, including brochures, print advertisement, conference materials, and digital media content
• Other marketing duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Technical Writing or related field, with 0-3 years of experience
• Experience in the Architecture & Engineering industry a plus
• Strong writing skills are required
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications a plus
• Must possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under periodic high pressure/tight deadlines
• Requires successful evaluation of a motor vehicle record (MVR) check and maintaining a safe driving record
