Administrative Support Specialist




Location: Parsnippany, NJ - Hybrid



The Judge Group is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide critical high-level assistance to Account Engineers (AEs). In this role, you will enhance the AEs' efficiency and enable them to focus more on client interactions. You'll collaborate closely with Group Managers of Account Engineering and play a pivotal role in maintaining client relationships.


Responsibilities:



  • Risk Reporting: Prepare and issue risk reports to clients and brokers, working closely with the Account Engineers and other team members.


  • Transactional Support: Handle transactional Account Engineering tasks, including data maintenance and updates within systems such as SRS and Risk Console.


  • Strategic Alignment: Support the AE's strategic vision for each account through administrative tasks, data management, and document organization. Additionally, there's an opportunity to contribute to engineering assessments, such as natural hazard studies.


  • Client Information: Compile and organize client information for use during presentations and meetings.


  • Risk Improvement Tracking: Assist in tracking risk improvement recommendations and other account engineering objectives.


  • Event Coordination: Coordinate meetings and events related to account management.


  • Translation Coordination: Verify and coordinate translation needs as necessary.


  • Reporting: Generate reports to support the GMAE.

Qualifications:



  • Administrative Experience: Proven track record of providing administrative support to work groups and managers, preferably in an insurance or related field.


  • Education: University degree or equivalent experience qualification preferred.


  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality and accuracy.


  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.


  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated problem-solving capability.


  • Team Player: Customer-focused and able to collaborate effectively within teams.


  • Technical Proficiency: Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in [mention relevant tools or software].
