The General Liability Non-Litigated Claims department is comprised of a team of General Liability Claims Supervisors, Specialists, Video Technician’s, Video Technician Team Leads, QRE Analysts, and Administrators who handle both customer and attorney-represented non-litigated claims. This team oversees all aspects of investigation, analysis, negotiations, and settlements, in compliance with procedural guidelines, best practices, as well as Medicare reporting requirements.
The General Liability Non-Litigated Manager provides management and direction, development, implementation, and execution of Publix’s strategy for non-litigated general liability claims; identifies trends in claims, oversees customer response systems and processes, providing industry leading customer service; uses analytics and research to identify trends. The nature of these claims is non-litigated, including attorney represented claims and customer claims.
Hybrid work environment: many of Publix’s corporate offices offer work from home up to two days a week.
