Description: Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager I
A person with 2-7 years of experience would work
Must Haves:
- 2-3 years of experience (max)
- Commercial Construction experience with capital projects ranging between $100,000 - $1 million
- Experience gathering quotes, estimates, and sourcing sub-contractors for construction projects
- Experience tracking/meeting budgets and ability to present and communicate project scopes to leadership and stakeholders
- Ability to coordinate and work cross-functionally with internal/external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certification (not required)
- Bilingual and proficient in Spanish
- Experience ensuring quality control and adhering to compliance requirements
