BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Usability Researcher 3for an opportunity in Redmond, WA
Position Title: Usability Researcher 3
Location: Redmond WA, Remote
Anticipated Start Date: - ASAP

Expected Duration: 3 Months Contract
Job Type: Contract and Remote
Pay Range: $50/hr. - $60/hr.
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years experience with mixed methods (both qual and quant)
Minimum 5+ years experience with visualization tools Tableau, Power BI
Minimum 5+ years experience with Technical or Data research experience (literacy)
Job Responsibilities:
A minimum of MA/MS in HCI, Cognitive Psychology, Experimental Psychology, or other related fields.
Ability to run all types of studies from end to end.
Ability to analyze research data (both qual and quant), write up and present rich findings simply and clearly to influence product design and direction quickly and effectively.
Experience conducting research in a highly technical space (e.g., data warehousing, data integration, data engineering, data governance, data visualization) desirable but isn't a must. Helpful to have a technical field of study in academic or job history.
If no prior experience in conducting research in a highly technical space, must possess an aptitude for technical complexity and a willingness to learn with a demonstrated ability to quickly ramp up on a technical domain/user base.
