Assist Lead Engineer in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing, or arranging for repairs of all building operating systems on the site. Must have reliable transportation and be available for after hour emergency calls.
Essential Job Duties
OPERATIONS:
Knowledge or experience in any, some or all of the following building systems: mechanical, electrical, HVAC (chiller and RTU), plumbing, carpentry. Willingness to be trained in all building systems in the future.
Job entails light daily maintenance (light bulbs/ballasts), small plumbing repairs, and furniture moving as well as assisting in higher level mechanical equipment preventative maintenance, repairs, tenant improvement projects, etc.
Prepare and maintain maintenance logs and records on computer software. Familiarity with preventative maintenance, work order software systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.
Coordinate contractor, tenant and management approvals for work orders that require the use of an outside contractor. Maintain log of work order details.

Skills, Education and Experience:
High School Diploma.
Working knowledge of either HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry or willingness to learn.
Ability to handle multiple projects and make decisions.
Proficient computer and e-mail skills.
Hold any necessary/required licenses.
Must complete required safety classes that pertain to specific job duties.
