Data Center Technician



BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Data Center Technician at Durham, NC.

Data Center Technician

Anticipated Start Date
: 07/15/2024.

Expected Duration: 12+ Months Contract with Strong Possibility of Extension.



Job Type: [FULL TIME (40 HRS WEEKLY)] [CONTRACT], [ONSITE]



Pay Range: $21.11/hr - $23.22/hr.


Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).



Job Description:
This is a position within a data center and requires shift work.
Saturday and Sunday: 9 am to 9 pm.
There will be times where the individual selected for this role will be required to work the same shift Monday through Friday.



The following are the skillsets:
* Rack and Stack
* Copper and Fiber cabling
* Servers - HP + Dell + Sun/Oracle + IBM
* Storage - Net-Apps + Dell/EMC
* Networks - Cisco switches
* Service Manager Ticketing System or similar
* Microsoft Office
